AIM : Search, Find and Edit Records
AIM has several ways to allow users to find an accident, incident or near miss.
Being able to quickly find the records you need for that meeting in 5 minutes or when the boss is breathing down your neck is something many of us are only too familiar with. AIM offers numerous ways to try to make process as efficient as possible, (more time for that well earned coffee). Some of these methods are explained below.
The search box offers the user four options when searching for specific risk assessments.
- By Reference Number (part or whole)
- By Location, selected from the drop-down combo box
- By Core Accident Detail Text (using a partial string entry)
- Between specific dates
The toggle buttons will sort their respected columns A-Z then Z-A, or 1-2 then 2-1, etc. making it easy to locate accident records by refer number, by date, by employee or by location
Important Information: Allows the user to pick only those reports that are required to be viewed and or edited.
Important Information: Allows the user to open the selected reports in detailed mode vice the default compact mode.
