DICS Reports and Letters (page 5)
To assist in activities such as audits and document checks DICS comes with two detailed documents reports;
1. All documents held by a specific location
2. All documents of a specific type held by a location (useful for locations that hold lots of documents)
Simply select the required location and document type from the drop-down selectors and the list box will automatically populate with documents held at that location.
To print preview and print the documents held list select the Preview button - Print options are then available from the Print Preview tab (only available when a report is opened)
