Is the Accident Reportable Under RIDDOR
Accident or Incident Occurs - Complete Initial Accident Report
An employee or a trainee at work or a self employed person working on premises
Any other person who is not an employee or trainee but who was on your premises at the time
Other injury
NO ACTION REQUIRED BY THE REGULATIONS
Other injury causing incapacity for more than three days
Fatal or reportable major injury (refer to Table B)
Fatal or reportable major injury (refer to Table B) arising out of or in connection with work
Injury arising out of or in connection with work and person is taken from site to a hospital
Send a written report on F2508 to the HSE within 10 days of the
incident
Make and keep a record of the F2508, place a copy along with a copy of the organisations internal/accident or near miss form on the employees person file
