SMART : Trends - Details of Employees Presently Being Monitored for Sickness / Attendance
Selecting the Being Monitored brings up the following Report
The forms allows the user to selected either a specific employee or several employees using the Ctr or Alt keys and then selecting the preview button to bring up the individual(s) current sickness record.
Selecting the default option of 'List of Staff Being Monitored' bring up the following report.
Selecting the option for 'Full Details..." bring up a more comprehensive report of employees being monitored

Note : When SMART is displaying any report an additional tab appears in the ribbon menu that provides the print options available to the user
