SMART : Update and Employees Sickness / Attendance Matrix (page 2)

The 'on monitoring' check is a simple way of indicating that the employee knows the companies procedures for monitoring of staff and therefore should be familiar with the sickness monitoring process. Clicking this box gives a visual trigger to the management / HR personnel undertaking the back to work interviews etc.

Clicking the check box turns the Week Ending date blue vice black

Selecting the filter options reduces the number of rows displayed to just those that have data in them

Selecting the history button bring up the current employees archived sickness record

Note : For STAMP to trend find ALL Sickness MUST Start with a "S" i.e. S, SRD, SBH are OK, However RDS would not be class as sickness. (the letter "S" should reserved to indicate sickness ONLY)

Users are advised to created a standard set of abbreviations for example

S - Sick

SBH - Sick on Bankholiday

SRD - Sick Rest Day

SME - Sick Medical

SDN - Sick Dr Note
