SMART : Update and Employees Sickness / Attendance Matrix (page 1)

One of the unique features of SMART is that although it is fundamentally a database application it looks and feels like a spreadsheet to many users. Each matrix making use of columns and rows to except user data.

Selecting the Being Monitored brings up the main input screen of the SMART application

Note : For STAMP to trend find ALL Sickness MUST Start with a "S" i.e. S, SRD, SBH are OK, However RDS would not be class as sickness. (the letter "S" should reserved to indicate sickness ONLY)

SMART : Employee Monitoring Matrix

1 to 52

SMART automatically starts a 52 week monitoring cycle when and employee is placed on informal monitoring. Should the employees sickness record improve over the 52 week period the monitoring will automatically cease

The check box is used by SMART to indicate where employees have been off sick twice in a 13 week period. Checks may be checked dependant upon the users last trend investigation I.e. current 13 weeks or any 13 weeks over a 52 week span (further details)
