AIM : Find and Edit Records


The toggle buttons will sort their respected columns A-Z then Z-A, or 1-2 then 2-1, etc. making it easy to locate accident records by refer number, by date, by employee or by location.








Important Information: Allows the user to pick only those reports that are required to be viewed and or edited.


Important Information: Allows the user to open the selected reports in detailed mode vice the default compact



The search box offers the user four options when searching for specific risk assessments.


1.By Reference Number (part or whole)

2.By Location, selected from the drop-down combo box

3.By  Core Accident Detail Text (using a partial string entry)

4.Between specific dates
