On Safe Lines Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental meandering advice.
This QHSE help file will be developed and updated regularly. Articles given here are meant to provide a general overview of the subject matter and not intended to provide any authoritative stand-point.
If an employee spends their time isolated within a department, they may know very little about process flow from order placed, order fulfilment and customer retention... To manage QHSE you need to have a knowledge of a multitude of disciplines and how they interrelate with one another. There are many web-sites covering Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental subjects on the internet, many of these are what I refer to as static content web-pages and web-sites, by this I mean they cover topics in relative isolation. This is not how businesses and organisations flow, and what I am attempting to achieve is a more fluid approach to QHSE subjects, linking like topics with a more workplace mind-set.
With a single QHSE help file frame-work, and as more topics are added and existing subjects expanded, I will add links and expand the indexes to provide an easy QHSE reference system, in many ways this help file could be considered a micro-site providing an overview with links to further details. However, readers are encouraged to seek their required information from both the links provided within, and various other sources as considered necessary, least of all because views on QHSE subjects differ from nation to nation, let alone organisation to organisation...
Anyone wishing to contribute to this QHSE meandering advise should send their submissions to firstname.lastname@example.org for consideration.
